The bid is to acquire unit pricing for approximately 4,750 feet of pipe bursting from 6” VCP to 8” and approximately 70 services, UV lining of approximately 3,021 feet of 8” to 12”, 3,105 feet of 16” to 24”, and 2,043 feet of 30” to 42”, epoxy lining 10 manholes of 4’ and 6’ diameter, and other related items for maintenance work. Bidder must self-perform at least 70 percent of the work.
04/10/2026 Request for Qualifications for Underwriting Services and Bond Counsel
Rogers Water Utilities (RWU) is seeking Statements of Qualifications for underwriting services and bond counsel in connection with anticipated revenue bond issues beginning in 2027. To be considered, an electronic submittal of the Statement of Qualifications must be emailed to the RWU contact identified in the RFQ no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026. Evaluation and selection of firms will be made in accordance with the procedures in Ark. Code. Ann §19-11-803 et. seq. Statement of Qualifications expenses shall be borne by the submitting firm. RWU reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any informalities.
