New Construction Application

This application is used to request new water and/or sewer service from Rogers Water Utilities at a property that does not currently have an existing service connection. Submitting this application begins the process for RWU staff to review and coordinate the installation of new utility services at your project location. Before submitting this application, please verify that the project location is located within the Rogers Water Utilities service area.

Applications submitted for properties outside the RWU service area may be denied.

You should complete this application if:

• You are a developer requesting water or sewer service for a new construction project
• You are requesting a new water meter installation (example: irrigation service)
• You are requesting a new sewer service tap
• The property has never previously been connected to Rogers Water Utilities
